Nov 19th - Association Meeting (Nebraska Technology Park @ 7:30)

The regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Highlands Neighborhood Association will be in the Technology Development Center Auditorium, 4701 Innovation Drive.The new Lincoln Fire Chief, Niles Ford will attend to introduce himself and meet folks from our neighborhood.

Unfortunately, one of the Parks & Rec staff had personal issues come up and that part of the agenda will have to be delayed to a future meeting:
Guest speakers will be the City Forrester and a representative of Lincoln Parks and Rec.  Concerns addressed will be the outbreak of pine wilt and the importance of taking care of diseased trees in a timely manner as well as getting our input on plans for landscaping the West Highlands Blvd median.

Dec 18th-20th Holiday Lighting Contest

Show your holiday spirit! Judges will be traversing the Highlands Tuesday through Thursday, December 18th-20th and handing out awards for best displays again this year. Please remember to leave your lights on all three nights.

Association Meetings

The neighborhood association normally meets on the 3rd Monday of every month at Fredstrom at 7:30pm (or Highlands Golf Course when school is not in session).  Everyone is always welcome and encouraged to attend.

Any changes in the meeting time will be posted at the top of this page.
