My House is Worth What?
HGTV's My House is Worth What? is looking for homes in Lincoln to showcase in their show. The show appraises houses and gives participating homeowners a potential market price for their home.
Richard Wells, segment producer of the show, contacted the Highlands Neighborhood Association. "Specifically, we are looking for homeowners who have lived in their home for a while and have done a major renovations to the property. New kitchens, bathrooms, additions, risky choices, and more."
Individuals most interested in participating are generally individuals who are curious as to their home's value, whether a recent renovation has improved the property, if a planned renovation is best for the equity of their home, or how much equity can be used from their homes, among other aspects. Because the show is coming in September, applications must be submitted by the end of August, which can be found here.
